How up-to-date is the DSG content?
The FMCSA released an official 2024 Edition of the NRCME Medical Examiner's handbook after over 5 years of only releasing draft versions. Our team is currently in the process of re-producing our content to reflect the 2024 updates while retaining some previous guidelines as helpful examples. What we have learned from hundreds of our customers is that our current products continue to provide significant value to them as a supplement to their preparation for the NRCME. Given the very recent update, some of our current content will need to be cross-checked against other resources--most importantly the newly released 2024 Handbook, which is also included in each of our product packages. We will send out a notification to all past customers when freshly updated content is available. We welcome suggestions and corrections that help us keep our content as up-to-date as possible, and we plan to provide a special bonus gift for such feedback. Email us at dotstudyguide@gmail.com

Will my products be available immediately after purchase?
Yes. The transaction is serviced by Bandcamp via PayPal, and is completely safe and secure. You should have your product(s) within a few minutes after making the purchase. Because the downloadable products come in a zipped folder, we HIGHLY recommend you use a computer rather than a mobile device to access your files. Can I buy the Audio, Video, Practice Questions, or Mnemonics separately rather than as part of the package?
Currently, the packages (Audio and Video) are the only available purchase options. However, if you are interested in purchasing separately, please email the DOT Study Guide team at dotstudyguide@gmail.com and we will contact you if such an option is available in the future.

Can I return my purchases for a refund?
Unfortunately, because these are digital products, all sales are final.

I made a purchase but forgot to enter a discount code. Can I email The DSG Team now for a retroactive discount? Unfortunately, no. Discount codes are only applicable at the time of purchase.

I keep checking my email inbox but have not seen any sign of my products. What now?
Make sure the email you used to purchase is the inbox you are checking. Some people use a different email for purchases (eg, Paypal). Also, check your junk or spam folders. The email should be from Bandcamp, our product fulfillment partner. Keep in mind that if you have a Bandcamp account and use that when you make your purchase, you will be able to access your products on through that account, which allows for repeat downloads as well as streaming.

Why are there two copies of the audio tracks in my download/streaming options?
Actually, while they may appear similar, they aren't. You will receive both the sample audio tracks as well as the complete audio tracks in your download/streaming options. That's just part of how Bandcamp operates. The complete audio tracks are listed first, so you can simply ignore the sample versions.

Are the DSG products accredited for sitting for the NRCME?
We are looking into the options for this, but currently no. Our primary focus with DSG is to make the accredited training more memorable, useful, and simply-explained. And for you to actually have a little fun as you approach the NRCME and performing DOT medical examinations.

Are the DSG products approved for Continuing Medical Education?
Yes, technically, the DSG products are considered CME Category 2.
We are looking into options for CME Category 1 approval, as well as approval for other forms of continuing education, such as for chiropractors, but currently are considered CME Category 2.

Will there be more DOT Study Guide products in the future?
The DOT Study Guide Team hopes to continue making the DOT Study Guide an incredible resource. Future products are always a possibility in order to achieve that goal.
